In Pula, at the location of the Šijane district in Pula, new apartments are on sale from August 26, 2022, as part of the latest PULA APARTMENTS ŠIJANA 2023 project!
The project envisages the construction of nine (9) multi-apartment buildings with a total of 35 apartments (four apartments in each building) at the location of the city district of Šijane at the very entrance to the city of Pula from the north-eastern side, near all relevant facilities for the quality of life of future tenants.
We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 53 m2 to 103 m2, equipped with one and/or two bathrooms, with an excellent layout of rooms with excellent flow between them.
