We present project concept for the construction of 30 elite apartments in Poreč - MODULAR RESIDENCE POREČ (Residence S25)!
MODULAR RESIDENCE POREČ (Residence S25) represents one of the latest projects of the construction of a new residential complex at the Finida Sjever Poreč location, just 800 m from the sea, beautiful beaches and the historic center of the city. We are extremely proud that this latest project in its name "MODULAR RESIDENCE POREČ" bears the name of our construction company MODULAR STANOGRADNJA d.o.o., which with its impressive construction resources, the newly opened automatic concrete batching plant in Pula and soon in Poreč, the knowledge and work of our valuable employees and engineers to build an entire project of a total of three magnificent buildings on four floors, of which almost all apartments on the higher floors will have a wonderful view of the sea and the Mediterranean landscape and the city of Poreč.
With the construction of the "MODULAR RESIDENCE POREČ" project, our ambition is to keep up with the latest high-rise construction technologies, where we paid great attention to the architectural solution with an emphasis on the aesthetic and functional design of the terraces, which will be decorated with special installations and lighting. Creative and playful solutions of the design studio from Medulin (I- Create) who is engaged in the MODULAR team, according to the model of elite hotels, the interior of the Residence S25 building was designed with a luxuriously designed corridor leading to the apartments, a modernist elevator and an impressive entrance to the building with a futuristically designed garage with storage spaces.
The city of Poreč, designed since the time of the Romans, is one of the most beautiful pearls of the Adriatic Sea, located on the west coast of Istria and which today proudly represents the tourist, economic and cultural center of western Istria. With its 17,000 inhabitants, an extraordinary geographical position and natural and cultural beauties, a rich tourist offer in the pre-season and post-season, it is one of the holders of the elite tourist offer at the level of the Republic of Croatia, that is, the European Union, and represents a pleasant place to stay and live throughout years, which are accompanied by many contents for a quality urban life.

The project MODULAR RESIDENCE POREČ (Residence S25) envisages the construction of a multi-apartment building with a total of 30 elite apartments on four floors with apartment areas from 50 m2 to 150 m2. The apartments that will be built as part of the project will be one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments equipped with one or two bathrooms, an excellent layout of rooms with excellent flow between them, a parking space in the garage (25) or next to the building (5) and a storage room for most of the apartments on offer. All apartments will have spacious and covered balconies with an unforgettable view of the sea and the city of Poreč.
The Residence S25 building will be equipped with an elevator with an entrance station in the garage to each floor. The exterior and interior decoration of the building and apartments will meet high construction quality criteria as well as a high energy certificate A+: thermal facade system, storey heating and cooling system with inverter air conditioners in the living area of the apartment and all rooms, top quality Italian ceramics and first-class laminates, entrance anti-burglary doors with coded keys, residential carpentry made of high-quality PVC/ALU profiles glazed with double IZO glass filled with argon, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, etc. In the environment of the Residence S25 building, it is planned to plant Mediterranean plants and trees that will raise the entire project to a higher level horti-cultural landscaping of this ultimate Mediterranean "Modular residence" for our future buyers.
