Project description
The project of building a business center and a hall MODULAR STANOGRADNJA d.o.o. it is planned to be built by the end of 2026 at the location of the Galižana industrial zone on a plot of 8,600 m2 owned by the company.
As part of this ambitious project, in addition to the already installed modern concrete plant that has been in operation for a year, a business center building of 960 m2 BGP with a high ground floor and two above-ground floors will be built to accommodate the administration, project and sales departments, legal services, bookkeeping, etc. Next to the business center building, a hall of 600 m2 will be built, while an auxiliary hall of 250 m2 has already been built and serves as a locksmith-mechanic workshop as a service for the impressive machinery of the concrete plant (two auto pumps, four mixers of 9m3) and machinery for excavations and construction works (excavators 3t, 9t, 12t, 22t, 36t), 3 trucks for transporting bulk cargo, a crane truck, a crane, a tow truck for transporting cargo and other fleet.
A location permit was obtained for the project in 2024.
Completion of the entire project is expected at the end of 2028.
