PULA VALLELUNGA APARTMENTS is a new project to build 8 apartment buildings with 32 apartments in an attractive location in the Vallelunga district 300 meters from the sea on the northeastern side of the Pula Bay, and is located near all relevant facilities for quality living and entertainment.
The project envisages the construction of 8 apartment buildings with a total of 32 apartments, four apartments in each building. The apartments to be built as part of the project will be two-room apartments on the ground floor of buildings 2, 5 and 6 from 58 m2 to 80 m2, and two-room apartments on the first floor of buildings 2, 7 from 58 m2 to 60 m2 equipped with a bathroom, as well as three-room penthouse apartments on the second floor of buildings 2 and 5 from 118 to 133 m2 equipped with two bathrooms, with an excellent layout of the rooms with excellent flow between them.
All apartments have at least one parking space within the building, while three-room apartments on the second floor of the buildings are provided with two parking spaces and/or a garage parking space.
With the purchase of each apartment in buildings 5, 6 and 7, buyers will be able to choose a storage room on the ground floor of the buildings from 1m2 to 3 m2 for storing things, etc. Apartments on the ground floor of buildings 2, 5 and 6 will have spacious gardens of 75 to 80 m2 in the building surroundings for personal use and recreation. Green areas and planting of traditional Istrian plant varieties (rose, olive, laurel, etc.) are planned in the building surroundings.
The interior design of the apartments will meet higher construction quality criteria as well as a high energy certificate: thermal facade, floor heating and cooling system with inverter air conditioners, top-quality Italian ceramics and first-class laminates, security entrance doors, residential joinery made of high-quality German PVC profiles, glazed with double insulated glass filled with argon, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms, etc.
The project is expected to be completed in 07/2026 for building No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 while the completion of buildings No. 5, 6, 7 and 8 are expected by the end of 12/2026.
